Early voters are the State Board's unofficial early-voting counts: voters who checked in at an early-voting center, over the legislative district's eligible active voters as the same report prints them. Mail-in and provisional ballots are not in them. The report prints each district county by county; a district's figures are its counties' rows summed.
Every row is one of the State Board's press-room snapshots, listed on the About page; the numbers behind this page are downloadable under Data.
